Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship

PranaSalt B.V. ships from the Netherlands to:

  • Netherlands: standard tracked delivery, 1-3 business days.
  • European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden - tracked delivery, 3-7 business days.
  • United Kingdom (Great Britain): launching with tracked, duty-paid delivery (see §6). Northern Ireland is not served at launch.
  • United States and Canada: not currently served directly. Direct shipping is planned for 2027.

2. Shipping cost

Shipping is included in the product price for all destinations we currently serve. There is no separate delivery charge at checkout: the price you see on the product page is the total price you pay.

This applies to one-time orders and subscription orders alike, across all destinations we serve.

3. Order processing

Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays, and are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days.

4. Carriers and tracking

We use established postal and parcel carriers (PostNL, DPD, DHL, depending on destination). You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

4a. Risk and title

Risk of loss or damage passes to you only when you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods (Article 7:11 of the Dutch Civil Code). Until then, any loss or damage in transit is our responsibility - see §7 below for the claims procedure.

5. Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are typical, not guaranteed - they may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or factors outside our control. If your order has not arrived after 10 business days from dispatch, please contact us at hello@pranasalt.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

5a. Maximum delivery time and right to terminate for non-delivery

Unless we have expressly agreed a different delivery date with you, we will deliver the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day after the contract is concluded (Article 7:9 of the Dutch Civil Code). If we fail to deliver within that period, you may give us an additional reasonable period appropriate to the circumstances; if we still fail to deliver within that additional period, you are entitled to terminate the contract and we will refund all sums paid without undue delay (Article 6:265 BW).

6. Customs and duties

EU shipments: no customs duties (single market). EU VAT is charged at the rate applicable in your country of delivery and remitted by us through the EU One-Stop Shop (OSS) - the price displayed at checkout is the final price, with no further tax or duty payable on delivery.

UK shipments (from launch): import VAT and duties are handled by us under delivered-duty-paid (DDP) terms - the price you pay at checkout is final, with no further tax or duty payable on delivery.

7. Lost or damaged shipments

If your shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, see our Refund & Returns Policy - we will replace or refund at no cost to you.

8. Address accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; the cost of re-shipment will be charged to you.
